Appointments
Appointments are required for salon and spa services, but walk-ins are also welcome, and we will do our best to accommodate you. To secure your appointment a credit card number is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel any appointment and 48-hour notice required for spa packages, multiple services or groups of 3 or more. Late cancellations will result in a 50% charge and 100% charge for no shows will be billed to your credit card on file.

Payment
Aria accepts cash, visa, MasterCard and personal checks (with proper form of identification). Gratuities are not permitted on credit cards.

Returns
Unopened merchandise may be returned for a merchandise credit within 14 days of purchase. Gift certificates, series and packages are non refundable.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the prices of packages or services. At your discretion gratuities are graciously accepted. The industry average ranges from 15-20% of the service fee. Gratuities are not permitted on credit cards.

Gift certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and prices are only guaranteed within one year of purchase.

Late arrival
Please be aware that there may be another appointment scheduled after your treatment therefore a late arrival may subtract time away from your service.

We do not acquire personal information about individually identifiable visitors unless it is voluntarily submitted.
